more statistics
Oh well, more statistics were released today, this time about corruption. In the Eu, everybody is better off then my good'ol country except for my friend Matteo's Italy and Greece. Well not that I have anything against this 2 countries. In fact historically speaking they are the most important in the EU for sure (their ancient civilazitions were huge).
Nevertheless this might ave an explanation, all this 3 countries were big once, and now... wel, now they are at least no so big. Besides, they are old civilizations, which might mean, that means probably they are rotten on the inside.....
I just leave with this thought today.

Anyway, what about corruption? Money makes the world go round. Hey, I am not condoning it, but the way I look at it, change has to happen from the top. The lower ranks will (almost alwys) take it. The toplevel can change this though by being strong. There you go, Nuno, run for office and change your monkey country :P
Thank you Kaweh, I know I would have u backing me up to run for office. we had this discussion already, come to Portugal and live 6 months here, just six months (you would have to understand the language) and after 6 months of reading newspapers and specially watching newsreporters, you would understand why I don't do so.
Thank you so much, and I will eventually run for something, at least to prove I am right.

There you go, I knew I could inspire a healthy level of patriotism.
You know, one reason why things seems so destitute in Portugal is partly due to people like you. People with a vision, with a natural feeling for what must change and the ambition to really change them but not enough trust in themselves to actually go and change them.
Why do I have to read the papers and live in portugal for six months? I can read right here on your blog what is wrong.
Sometimes "the people" don't know what they want. They want people like you to go and put things right. They just don't know it yet. Do you know it?

I told u before and I will tell you again, it has not to do with the will and courage, I don't have to prove anything on that field , hã?
Like I said, come to Portugal set up your disco, and just for 6 months live here. I love my country, it is the best in the world, it just needs a good swot analysis. and that's what I try to do everyday. and that's when you see bad thigs. I wil do my best starting from today t post the good things.
That is a good start!
And I will have a disco in Porto one fine day. It will be the best night out in town!
